Dear Parents,

We would like to inform you that enrollment for children (aged 2.5 to 6 years) in our English-Czech preschool program for the 2025/26 school year will take place from May 12 to June 30, 2025 (or until capacity is reached).

EMBERA, the English-Czech Educational Center, operates on a family-based approach. The EMBERA team recognizes and nurtures the uniqueness of each child, which is why we place great emphasis on maintaining small group sizes. All new children gradually adapt to their new friends, teachers, and environment, ensuring that the transition period (initially with parents, and later as needed without them) is as smooth as possible. Every day, children are guided by two instructors – a native Czech speaker and a native English speaker.

In the 2025/26 school year, children can look forward to our popular afternoon extracurricular activities, including drama club, movement and music sessions, English courses, reading courses based on the Elkonin method combined with speech therapy prevention, weekend workshops, and occasional pajama parties.

If you are interested in enrolling your child in our preschool/English-Czech program, please contact us via email or the contact form on our website. We will respond within 48 hours (please note that EMBERA will be operating in a limited capacity from April 17 to May 12).

Following our email communication, we will arrange a personal meeting at the EMBERA center to discuss all necessary details. Parents—and especially children—will have the opportunity to explore our facilities, ask questions about the program, the educators, and our overall vision.
